What's the difference between Free and List & Protect?
On a free listing, any signed-in buyer can express interest and you decide who to talk to. With List & Protect, only buyers whose profile — their acquisition goals, funding range and target criteria — our team has reviewed and approved can express interest. Funding ranges are self-reported and we don't confirm funds, so screening cuts down casual inquiries but doesn't guarantee a serious buyer.
How long does a free listing stay up?
90 days from when it's published. We email you 7 days before it expires. Renewing is free and you can do it as often as you need: confirm the business is still for sale and check your asking price and figures. Your listing keeps its original posting date, and buyers see when you last confirmed it's available.
What happens when a free listing expires?
It's hidden from search and buyers can't send new inquiries. Nothing is deleted — your details, messages and NDA history are saved, and you can keep replying to buyers you're already talking with. Renew for free whenever you're ready; our team reviews the renewal before it goes back up.
Are NDAs and document protection only on paid plans?
No. On every plan, buyers must sign an NDA before they can open your financial documents, and you can see which buyers signed.
Do you take a commission when I sell?
